We hope you love your mug — but if it’s not quite what you brewed up in your mind, here’s what to do:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging.

Refunds will be issued once the mug is safely back with us.

We don’t cover return postage unless the mug came with a fault.

If your order has arrived damaged, we're so sorry!

Be sure to include a clear photograph of the damaged item(s) for our reference.

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll be in touch with the next steps.

Kindly do not return any items to us until we’ve provided instructions.

If you’ve received the wrong item—oops!—we’ll sort it out swiftly.
